01

List the events that make earlier evidence less current

Record preparation, intervention, inactivity and movement after the accepted examination, with dates and responsible parties where supported. The shipping dossier covers the custody route; this review asks what needs refreshing on the actual car. Define appropriate observations and who can provide them. A complete original inspection and a loading photograph have different purposes. Even if no material work occurred, reconfirm identity and agreed objects. Do not repeat unrelated procedures mechanically or call short final media equivalent to whole-vehicle examination. The buyer should understand the reason, scope and limitations of the proposed comparison before it is described as completed verification.

02

Reconnect the physical candidate to the accepted file

Compare actual VIN, original market, production configuration, battery, driven hardware and agreed equipment against the purchase schedule. Retain current odometer and relevant state observations instead of copying earlier figures. A familiar white body or model badge cannot establish that the same candidate is present. Keep material component changes identifiable through appropriate scope. If records conflict, stop affected approval until the responsible source resolves it. Another allegedly better car cannot simply replace the file. The first acceptance may depend on specific charging, support or intervention evidence that a substituted configuration does not share, even when the seller calls both vehicles equivalent.

03

Verify agreed operations and affected functions safely

Reference attributable provider records and suitable observations for the completed work. The negotiation review distinguishes promised preparation from a cash reduction. Battery intervention may need qualified assessment through the battery-work buying review; a receipt alone cannot establish current compatibility or workmanship. Wheel or assistance-related changes likewise need relevant affected evidence. Do not open high-voltage systems, force connectors or stage unsafe driving to obtain a final pass. State examination conditions and remaining gaps. Confirmation should explain what was done and what the results support rather than converting a limited recheck into an unlimited guarantee for the whole EV.

04

Compare observable condition after movement and storage

Retain dated appropriate media for relevant panels, glass, wheels, cabin and accessible areas within the agreed scope. The accident and water-exposure dossier helps if new findings change the necessary investigation. Compare with earlier accepted evidence rather than presenting only an attractive angle. Keep changed warnings and observed marks available for appropriate follow-up. Do not infer the responsible party or exact event time without a supported timeline. A visual comparison can show observed differences but cannot exclude every hidden issue. If consequential diagnosis remains necessary, do not relabel the concern as ordinary transport wear merely to close the shipment file.

05

Count agreed objects and obtain current carrier scope

Reconcile actual keys, relevant cables, documents and removable equipment against the accepted list. Use the ownership-access guide for legitimate transfer conditions and keep private credentials out of public media. Obtain current responsible carrier instructions for the actual EV and route, recording source and date. Do not invent a universal shipment charge percentage or assume a published requirement for another configuration applies. Carrier processing acceptance does not establish present condition, supported services or final receiving approval. Keep those responsibilities separate, even when the same handover record supplies useful evidence to several parts of the purchasing file.

06

Describe the difference before declaring completion

Classify a change as accepted disclosure, defined correction needing evidence or a consequential matter requiring renewed review. State the responsible reviewer and conditions for the next transaction step. Appropriate remedies and payment consequences belong in suitably reviewed commercial documents where needed, not a universal checklist rule. A newly proposed VIN or material intervention reopens sourcing acceptance. Preserve original and refreshed records together so the change and decision remain traceable. Completion should say what matched, what differed and what could not be examined. A loading video or shipment must not be presented as proof of remaining battery life, final registration or every later journey.
