Set a static safety gate
Record all tyre markings and pressures, wheel condition, visible discs and pads, fluid evidence, steering and suspension play, underbody condition and warnings. Unsafe findings stop the dynamic test.
Define the repeatable route
Record battery state, ambient condition, drive and regeneration mode, road surface, passengers or ballast and speed range. Include parking, low-speed control, steady cruise, progressive acceleration and braking.
Separate propulsion from chassis symptoms
Observe motor response, regeneration and RWD or AWD behavior without assuming every sound or intervention is normal. Connect faults to version, software, tyres, drive hardware and diagnostics.
Expose friction-brake condition safely
Observe pedal consistency, pull, vibration, noise and stopping control at suitable speeds. Do not disable required safety systems or provoke emergency braking merely to produce a result.
Investigate drift and vibration as a system
Tyres, wheels, alignment, bearings, suspension, steering, brakes and prior impact can share symptoms. Preserve measurements and diagnosis rather than replacing the easiest visible component.
Repeat after heat and corrective work
Scan after driving, inspect temperature or odor differences and repeat the affected route after repair. An invoice without a same-condition result does not prove resolution.
Condition file close-out
Close this specific file by placing four-corner tyre, wheel and brake record, route, load and battery-state log and pre- and post-drive diagnostics in one dated candidate record. The reviewer should be able to confirm that the route starts only after a static safety pass and that energy state and mode are recorded. Name the person or provider responsible for every unresolved point, add a realistic cost or consequence, and state what evidence will change the decision. If the VIN, version, condition or destination basis changes, reopen this file instead of carrying the previous conclusion into a different purchase.
Decision boundary
A useful decision records what is verified, what remains seller-stated and what was not tested. Attach a consequence and owner to each open item. Do not let a broad assurance replace a missing VIN record, charge test, condition image or destination opinion. Acceptance should be explicit: proceed, proceed with a priced condition, obtain more evidence, or reject. A replacement VIN never inherits an earlier acceptance.
Document discipline
Give images, scans, diagnostics and quotations a date, source and vehicle identity. Preserve originals before translation or editing. If custody, software, repair, route or candidate changes, identify which conclusions expire and repeat the affected checks instead of silently carrying them forward. Before inland release, read the same identity, propulsion, value and parties across contract, invoice, inspection and shipping drafts. Registration and customs remain separate destination checks.
