Include destination country and port, registration constraints, charge standard, home and public charging, RWD or AWD preference, version or year, passengers and luggage, longest route, climate, new or used condition, mileage tolerance, budget boundary and timing. If a candidate already exists, send its VIN or original listing record after a safe reply channel is established.

What follows
